Cancellation policy
TechLaw Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- Cancellations made on or before 23 September 2026 will be refunded 100% of the registration fee, less applicable credit card or wire transfer fees and a DKK 1,770 administrative fee.
- No refunds will be available for cancellations made on or after 24 September 2026, or for no-shows.
Substitution Policy:
- You may substitute your in-person attendance for another person from your firm or company if you are unable to attend the conference.
- All substitution requests should be sent to conferences@itechlaw.org by 12:00 PM CET, 14 October 2026.
